We describe the items in every detail but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, a full refund will be given if the item is returned within 14 days from the purchase date in the original condition.
Earrings are non-returnable through hygiene reasons.
Three Month Guarantee
Some faults may only become apparent through wear. MoonDaizee Promises to repair any damages up to three months from purchase. We will replace any stones or pendants lost as near to, or to the value of, the original stone or pendant. Due to the nature of the materials used and that the pieces are made from found items and recycled mediums we can not guarantee the replacement would be identical to the original. This repair excludes items that have been snapped, pulled or dropped causing shatter.

Commissions:
We can include personal items of your choice. All we need from you is an email describing who the item is for,even if for yourself, what you would like it to be or leave it to us to design something and we will send you no obligation sketches and photographs before you decide to purchase.
